The West Charlestown bypass offers dual carriageway with wide sides and is a nice flat ride.  At the end climb back up the ridge and around some back streets to avoid the mayhem of central Charlestown.  Can loop a few times to work on combining flat riding with some climbing.

All roads are wide and comfortable for riding and there is one dedicated cycleway segment.
