Routes in Canada / New Brunswick / Fredericton South New Brunswick Provincial Government

Road Bike trip with the OSB on Saturday and Sunday under a blue sky: Smoothie, Pinky, No Shoes, Dr. Evil and Jörn.

Harvey-Woolastook-Mactaquac Loop. Very nice and scenic route! Riders: Stinky, Leah, Jörn

Ride to MacAdam, close to the US border. Nice and wavy route with a lot of wood around, getting green now. The coordinates from Fredericton to Harvey are missing. I forgot to press START in Fredericton :-).

Nice Sunday ride along the broad majestic St. John, crossing the water at Hawkshaw Bridge; beautiful!

Standard route to Mactaquac and then up to Estey's Bridge. Met a guy from the Subway-VW-Team, good fun up and downhill.

Tour with Smoothie and No Shoes through the gorgeous forest south-west of Fredericton, crossing Mazerolle Settlement. The trees become green and greener, flowers are on the way, and blossoms start opening. CANADA is the most beautiful country in the world!

Tour to Taymouth with Mel. We saw one beaver at the embankment of the Nashwaaksis River and a young, bright red colored fox crossing the road. I love bears, foxes, birds and trees, and hope to see a moose soon! The steepest climb on the route back to Fredericton was 12 %. Mel is preparing for a ride in the Pyrenees and asked for it.

Carbon cycling the standard Mactaquac route along the St. John with sunny rays and warm air. The dead racoon close to the bridge to Keswick Landing is very flat now. Actually I wanted to take a photograph but there is not much left.

Mactaquac route on Monday (65 km) and new route on Wednesday (113 km) with Leah, Brian, Patrick, Mitch, and Sean.

Mactaquac loop, anti-clockwise, with sunny weather. The fields and trees along the St. John estuary are deep green now :: beautiful !

Oromocto loop, clockwise, with Emily and Dan. Very nice ride. Dan pokered the entire tour and won the sprint :: Congrats.

Tour with OSB and Team Evil. Sunny weather and bad roads with big holes in the pavement. Not recommendable for group rides.

Short after-work ride to McLeod Hill before the thunderstorm has been arrived. Now it's raining cats and dogs.

Tour with OSB and sunny weather. Brian and Patrick had a flat tyre; was fixed quickly.

Mactaquac loop, anti-clockwise. Saw a dead racoon at McKeens Corner. In the Garrison district of Fredericton downtown is playing a uniformed band with bagpipes.

Oromocto loop on the south side, clockwise. Passed a lot of pupils in front of the Delta hotel who celebrate their Prom today. One of THE events in the Frederictonian summer!

Tour to Mactaquac Provincial Park, saw some golfers on the green. Back on the north side. In the Garrison district is playing a band for free.

Oromocto loop with OSB; South-East, North-East, North-West. Back in Fredericton we passed another Prom on George Street.

Mactaquac loop with neighbor Thilo, climbing Rocky Road. Stop over in Keswick Landing, consuming chocolate "Wunderbar" and Diet Pepsi.

Tour to Mactaquac with a little break at the beach to cool down the feet in the water.

Burton loop with OSB enjoying the sunny weather, green fields, yellow flowers, mighty trees, and fresh air: gorgeous!

Recruiting and Sales Tour with Team Evil starting at Savage's Bicycle Center (Est. 1897).
