Nice recreational route ideal for comfort and hybrid bikes. Most of the route is paved with exception of dirt/gravel section of Stagecoach road. Low traffic with exception of short section of 118 E which is an in town road with a 60km posted limit and 3 lane for ease of motorist passing.
Longer Recreational route ideal for road and hybrid bicycles. hybrid tires are recommended for the dirt/gravel section of South Monck Dr. which offers beautiful tree cover. One steep hill located on Santa's Village road but otherwise relatively easier rolling terrain. Riders can also choose to ride the bike path along Muskoka Rd#4 instead of following the higher traffic main rd.
Nice loop on country roads with rolling terrain. Tour loops out to Milford Bay for a nice view of Lake Muskoka. Stop off the bike for a hike up the Huckleberry Rock trail for a high view of the lake and a great spot to enjoy a snack mid ride.
