Start/End at Dark Horse Espresso Bar (682 Queen St E, Toronto).
Ride west to Erin Mills/Southdown Rd, Mississauga.
Mostly Lakeshore Blvd and downtown bike path, with two detours.
Mostly Flat.
Intermediate and above Tuesday night ride. YOu can also bail out at Avenue Rd/Wilson for a shorter 30KM warmup ride.

Training ride that starts at Dark Horse East and travels up Rosedale to Mt. Pleasant, across Eglinton to Don Mills, down to O'Connor, over to Broadview, down to Gerard, over to River and up Bayview to Loblaws, down Moore/Millwood with a detour down and up the Loblaw's Hill, across the Millwood Bridge, down Broadview (again), up Bayview again, then up Pottery Rd to Broadview and back to the Dark Horse.
Four hills and some intermediate sprint points make this a great training ride.
Ride from Dark Horse East to Rouge Hill and back along the Waterfront Trail. Stop en route for a popsicle.
Alternate Route/Variation:
On the way back, continue north on Brimley Rd and left onto St Clair Ave. Turn left on O'Connor Dr, left again at Woodbine Ave (or any of the smaller side street after Woodbine). Make a right onto Cosburn Ave, a left at Pape Ave, right at Riverdale Ave, and the left to Carlaw. Then join up again with the mapped route turning right at Dundas St, and left at Hamilton Ave to Dark Horse.
Hills on Ellesmere and Military Trail
From Hello Velo to Mary Lake Monastery and back. Ride goes up Dufferin and back down Leslie.

Aid Station #3 is Willow Beach on Lake Simcoe
Those wishing to ride 100km can head straight on York-Durham 30 to Ravenshoe, turn west and then south on Warden to Trails.
Ride to Port Union and back.
