Veloka - Express 83km

Start at Thompson Park on Main Rd just outside of Hudson (West) as there's plenty of parking.

Leaving Hudson provides a good warm up with a couple of good hills.  By the time you get to St. Lazare the road surface is as good as it gets.  Once you hit the 338, don't turn left head straight on for 100m and turn onto the canal bike path...follow all the way to the end.

Then its homward bound with couple of nice slow climbs and some great downhill stretches to recover.
