Routes in France / Rhone-Alpes / Les Gets
Starting from our Chalet there is a nice descent down to Taninges on a quiet back road. You then follow the river on a flat road from Taninges to Samoens. Now the fun starts with a steep climb from Samoens to the top of the Col de Joux Plane. A nice and very much deserved descent down to Morzine follows. Then a small climb from Morzine to Les Gets.
A great route taking in the Col de le Colombiere (one of the 2009 Tour de France classic climbs).

This is a big ride that is best broken up over 2 days with a stop over night on the lake. The ride is flat and easy around the Lake, but the ride back up to Les Gets from the Lake is a continuous climb.

A fun ride that can be combined with other rides like the Col de l'encranaz. Some seriously steep hairpins which will definately get you out of your saddle. A great ride and very scenic.

A nice warm up ride that is great combined with other rides like the Joux Verte.
