Course description: start on the Museumplein in front of the Concertgebouw near the Van Gogh Museum; go east via Ceintuurbaan with tram rails to the river Amstel; turn north past Amstel Hotel; across Waterlooplein next to the Stopera; towards Nieuwmarkt and its Waag; left and left again in front of Centraal Station; follow Damrak with tram rails past Beurs van Berlage, Royal Palace and Nationaal Monument; further south via Rokin and Muntplein to Vijzelstraat and the last tram rails obstacle on Weteringcircuit; turn west on Stadhouderskade at the old Heineken brewery; finish in front of the Rijksmuseum.
