The route starts by taking a train from Bergen to Dale

This route is very tough.

There are 3 large climbs, and some optional extra climbs.

There is one place where you must catch a train (Upsete).

The descent from Myrdal is steep and rocky, but just about ok on a tourer.

There is one place (Aurland) where you need to climb 1600m or catch a bus through a tunnel (I did the latter!).

Beautiful, but tough route through Norwegian mountains and valleys. Lunch after 100km in Voss - a very nice place to spend som time. Several restaurants and some hotels.

I really doubt the automatic calculation of the inclination - I would think the correct is appr. 5000m.
