Fra Åros, følg nøye sykkelskilt Rute 1 (Nordsjøruta) hele veien til Stavanger. Ta høyde for at det noen få steder er lagt nye sykkeltraséer på kortere strekk - følg derfor skiltingen mer slavisk enn kartet. (Starter man i Kristiansand sentrum eller lenger østfra, blir det mer naturlig å følge Sykkelrute 1 til Åros via den gamle "Postveien" nord om Kristiansand.)
This is the approximate route of the north sea cycle route in norway between Kristiansand and Stavanger.
There are a few spots where the route is a little hard to find. Also there are a few spots where the route follows dirt and gravel tracks which I don't think are marked on Google Maps.
It's a very tough route, especially on a tourer.
Between Farsund and Flekkefjord and also on to Sokndal are the hardest bits.
