This is leg 4 of a two week trip from Évora to Vila Nova de Foz Côa. The trip from  Arronches to Marvão traveled on a paved tertiary road. 

"Steep" does not describe the tour very well, because it stays on the normal roads. However, some endurance is required to cover the ascents.

Marvão ist a lovely place with a stunning vista. It would have been worth to stay another night.
