first hilly part up to Ronda than downhill to Tarifa along the cost till Cadiz and than solo all up the quadalquivir passing Sevilla, Cordoba again uphill in the Sierra de Gazorla and all flat and down through castilla la mancha and Murcia

mid of march is the time to do this
