Beautiful track all the way up the Maggia Valley. Turn left in Broglio following sings to Rima. When you reach the first buildings of Rima (we did not go all the way to the top) turn right on the path to Prato-Sornico. Fantastic single trail on a VERY steep hill. We only had to get off the bikes for the really tight turns, no carrying on the path necessary

The single trail after crossing the 350m suspension bridge in Someo is techically really hard and involves a lot of pushing/carrying.

Road up to Duzio is pretty steep, on the way down you can find a couple single trail options (technically pretty high). Beyond Vald (km 11) DO NOT try to continue beyond the last farm houses to Torbeccio. The path is not doable with a bike.
