Good safe ride to work before 7.30am

Good ride with a couple of challenging climbs. The ride through Belair National Park is very pleasant with a tough little climb up to Upper Sturt. The ride down along the old Mt Barker Road is fantastic with some great views over Adelaide.

Good short ride. Grab a coffee at a Jetty Rd Cafe at the start and finish of the ride. Some good steady climbs and a great downhill section.

Good flat ride.

Good 2 1/2 hour ride with some nice steady climbs. Great views back over Adelaide.

2nd Day of our Bournemouth to Dover ride.  Bit more hilly on this one!

Nice 50 miler. Not many hills, not too much traffic. You can cut it short and come back over Ditchling Beacon if you're running out of time - or cut back through Pyecombe and either home along the A23 or up over the Dyke. Lots of options.

Following A259 from Brighton to Folkestone, then to the Alkham Valley outside Dover.

100km training ride

tough one...really took it out of me :(

Training ride - really nice route that gets a bit more challenging and hilly around Crowborough. There's a bit too much traffic on some of these roads for it to be really idyllic but it's not far off. Maresfield, Uckfield or Groombridge all possible midway refuelling stops.

Cycling Plus route

Mitre social ride plus a loop to Woodingdean & Rottingdean to make the 100k

Starting from Sadgate, Ride over the 11 major road bridges in and around Brisbane.  Ted Smout, Sir Leo, Story Bridge Goodwill, Victoria, Kurilpa, Grey Street, GoBetween Eleanor Schonelle Jack Pesch and Jindalee. Return to Sandgate.
