Original version of an Early Risers favorite hill training route
Much like version I but with more climbing!
Bagelry version of the summer 2010 Epic Ride adapted for a start/stop from Rochester versus Durham.
Nice loop from Rochester to York and along the beach to Cape Neddick and the Nubble Lighthouse.
Route takes you onto the Long Sands beach road which can be windy and is particularly dangerous during summer traffic--head must be on a swivel!
Beautiful stretch of road between the Nubble and Ogunquit where the route takes you back inland and through the Berwicks back to the start in Rochester.

Original Shapleigh loop that does not include the Fernald Shores headwall.
Adds the climb up the Fernald Shores Headwall which has been known to cause at least one Early Riser to spew... She's a bit steep!

Adds the little extra climbing loop and nice descent down route 75 to a return via Chestnut Hill Road.
Reasonable loop up to Milton via Lebanon, through Union and Middleton with return along Govenor's Road. Some good climbs and descents.
Modified the standard route to avoid Route 11 construction zone for summer '11.

Early Riser favorite with some nice steep climbs on Tenerife/Ford Farm road.
Slight variation on v3 to return via Route 11 versus Barnstead, 126 and Parker Mountain.
