At first you have Leckhampton hill to climb, on one of your only main roads, up to the left turn off for the Cotwold Hill golf club. Continue straight on across the A436 towards Cowley and then up to the A435 and across towards Upper Coberley. Follow lane and at bottom of hill, at crossroads, turn left heading towards Kilkenny view point.  At main A436 turn right onto main road and then shortly left at Klikenny pub. Continue straight on at crossroads up to A40. Turn right and then shortly left to Whittington. Turn left at T junctionand continue along Ham Road down the hill to turn right into Mill Lane and then into Harp Hill. Go through the private battledown estate to Battledown Approach and on to the Hales Road to end.
