Sorry for the dash.  This site has a problem with apostrophes.  I cannot say enough about this trail.  The country needs a lot more like it!  It has great scenery, is easy to follow, and most importantly, it has the length for an experienced cyclist to spend a whole day enjoying.  Flat as can be except for the two ends which kind of ramp up a bit.
