Elkins, WV to Cumberland, MD

I'm trying to create a loop that incorporates a scenic ride through WV and the Allegheny Highlands Rail Trail.  I have not yet rode this route.

Start the ride at Pleasant Lake, there is parking at the dam.  There are services near the two lakes you pass and in New London Main St.
