Very scenic route using part of CRW climb to clouds return route.

The roads north of Route 119 have some very challenging bits. Pillsbury is potholes Jones Hill is partially  unpaved  and gravel.    This is not an easy century. Nice countryside though and a good ride if you're looking for a challenge.

Most of this is roads that I know are good. Some of it is unknown to me. In order to keep the mileage low, there sometime on somewhat busier roads.

Wachusett century with some nice countryside in Bolton and Berlin.

To travel through Blackburn centre I wanted a simple and quick route so after passing under the Darwen Street Railway Bridge at the start of the one way system I dismounted and crossed over to George Street (which is one way) then turned first left to cycle down Pilkington Street. It is then easy to pick up the A666 to Wilpshire and then on to Whalley.
