Ride from Chain Reaction, up spencer hill, boundary creek and back
GFCC 40 km iTT. Out and back course, -2 to +2 percent grades until Brown Creek road, then 4 to 5 percent short punchy hill.
GFCC BCMasters race course, individual time trial, half flat, half up hill.
hill climb up spencers then danshin village, goes to hard packed gravel for last km or so - very firm.
Carson Loop, hilly side to Paul's ranch, back on flat side
up to the end of the Granby, up the hilly side, back down flat side.
Short Circuit with a 14% hill
Flat side to Brown Creek, Down Hilly side.
16km time trial course, flat -2 to +2 %. Start at Copper Ridge turn off, ride north, turn around at about the 9.5 km mark of the North Fork, finish at the bottom of the NOrth Fork
Christina Lake with McCrae Creek climb, back to GF via Thompson road
Cross into the USA , south to Curlew, West to Midway, back to GF via Eholt. NEED PASSPORT to cross into US
GF to Kaslo via Paulson and Bombi pass
From the shop up to the water spout ( 36 km mark of Granby) , up and down the flat side
Start at the Station Pub on Donaldson, up the North Fork/Granby to the 43 km Mark, turn around and finish at the bottom of the North Fork. Mostly Flat, some hills at north end
Hill climb out of Greenwood to old phoenix town site, road turns to gravel so it is an out and back ride.

The next pass is rather difficult, the rail-trail is an option, (but not for this route, as it's designed for a paved surface)

Cross border at Danville, Down to Curlew, Chesaw,Oroville and then north To Osoyoos.

The elevations is from the map's elevation profile.
I don't think this is correct. Mt. Diablo is 3,849' which is also, I believe, the elevation at the summit parking lot.
This route starts at the Grand Forks TCT Pavilion and terminates at the Junction of Santa Rosa Road above Christina Lake.
