At Pine Point Park, enter the Gateway Trail (this will take you to St. Paul). The Gateway ends on a regular resident street in St. Paul (Marylandn Ave.). Proceed West on Maryland to Dale St. and turn South to Summit Ave. There is a food coop (Missippi Market at Selby and Dale) where you can find a bathroom, coffee, etc. From here on, 98% of the route is bike trails and bike lanes on the street. My directions show to take Irving instead of Humboldt off of the Greenway - this is because Humboldt is a ONE WAY right off of the Greenway going the opposite direction as you.
