Routes in United States / Minnesota / South Saint Paul
Note: I-494 bike bridge crossing is passable, but may not be in finished condition.
Concord/Wabasha has a bike lane/shoulder starting at its intersection with Annapolis.
If you do not mind heavier traffic, you can turn onto Kellogg from Wabasha, left onto Exchange and make the right onto Grand.
After Smith Ave, there is a left onto Grand Ave (navigate traffic carefully as there is an entrance ramp for 35E) which leads to a long incline. You do have the choice of going straight up Ramsey St to Summit; however, that way is quite steep as you will see!
You can also go down Grand but it tends to be busier and doesn't have the nice bike lanes of Summit.
Return trip will have to take 12th St E to Cedar St, right onto Kellogg to get onto Wabasha (because of one-ways).
Pedestrian bridge will allow you to cross 494.

Bailey Rd & Radio Dr should have a path alongside the road.
Use caution on Grand Av as traffic is merging on from 35 E.
