Le Tour du lac Léman est un évènement qui a lieu chaque année vers la fin mai mais si l'envie vous prend d'aller rouler au pied des Alpes suisse et française avec des amis, c'est une excellente idée!
Que ce soit en seul jour ou en une semaine, vous serai totalement séduit. Vous pourriez aussi bien partir de Lausanne que de Genève mais prévoyez du temps pour visiter ces magnifiques villes ainsi que Montreux, Morges, Évian.

1. Etappe Fahrradtour Genf - Freiburg
Genf - Campingplatz bei Clarafond
Barillette: 12.4km for 1000m.
Marchairuz (10km at 8%).
St Cergue
Up and down the barrillette, one of the nicest Jura climbs. Then on to the Marchairuz through the Route des Vignobles, long smooth descent and back to Geneva.
Faucille (cat 2, 680m on 11.2km)
Mijoux: up the valley to les Rousses
Marchairuz: 400m on 6k, in 2 Stages, steep
St Cergue (optional): 400m on 9k, easy

A long ride from Geneva to the Col de L'Aiguillon. Mostly along back roads - though this misearble system would not let me put some of them in....*%&ç&%%.... Lots of quaint villages, untrammeled roads, and a couple of hills for those who need vertical. Aiguillon quite steep, and no sign to tell you that you are there....
Tough climb out of Vesancy, this short route is a good workout.
Ride from geneva, through canton Vaud, up to Col de l'Aguillon. Descend back through Auberson adn St. Imier, and return through Geneva via picturesque Romainmotier and the Col de Mollendruz.
Shorter variant, but with Morgins. Only about 20 km less...
More or less the route I did 25 may with Frans, but less of the Rote Suisse in reality
This is teh route we ended up doing because Chamonix was covered in dark rainclouds....Still almost 250km.
From Le Tiocan the road become a bit broken up and is probably not too suited for road bikes.
Heute wieder die 3 Staatentour gemacht: Ohio, Pennsylvania und New York. War ziemlich mühsam die Shotgläser zu besorgen
Während zwei Wochen mit Tandem und Zelt unterwegs. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Genf - Lyon - Puy en Velay - Mende - Millau - Aniane - Agde - Marsilliane Plage - Marsilliane
Sehr schöne Tour, öfters auf verkehrsarmen Nebenstrassen, durch wunderschöne Landschaften und Regionen.
Einmal, in Lyon, im Hotel übernachtet, ansonsten immer im Zelt und auch immer selber gekocht.
Diese Tour machte ich vom So. 24.08. bis am Freitag, 5. September 2008

Genf - Annecy - Albertville - Chambery - Grenoble - Vizille - Gap - Sisteron - Lac de St. Croix - Ramatuelle - St. Tropez - St. Raphael
Es ist eine sehr schöne Radtour, oft auf Nebenstrassen oder nur schwach befahrenen Hauptstrassen.
Auch Landschaftlich ist die Tour sehr abwechslungsreich.
Ich kann diese Tour nur empfehlen!
Ich übernachtete ausnahmslos auf Campingplätzen und kochte, bis auf ein einziges mal, immer selber.
Effektiv gefahren 620 Km (Abstecher Ramatuelle - St. Tropez hab ich hier nicht eingetragen).
Proslulá jezera západního Švýcarska: Neuchatelské, Ženevské, Bielersee a další jezera a jezírka sevřená mezi Alpami a pohořím Jura. Úchvatné výhledy na Mt. Blanc a další horské velikány, cyklostezkami podél proslulých vinic, malebnými vesničkami a pod opevněnými hrady rájem Evropy, krajem hodinek a čokolády.
I have said the route is all paved -- there are in fact some stretches of gravel, but I haven't figured out how to indicate that yet.

Sehr steiler Aufstieg auf den Col de la Croisette, schnelle enge Abfahrt.
Mühsam bis aus der Stadt
VTT avec semi-slicks ou pneus route (1.30).
Il y a 700m de portage avant de passer le col et 1.5Km de route non goudronnée après. Ajouter quelque bout très courts de routes non goudronnée par la suite. Pour le reste, c'est adapté au vélo de route.
20. Etappe der Fantasie Tour de France 2011 für den Radsport Manager 2010
Beatuful route from Aire-la-Ville untill Collonges via little pitoresque wine villages. Collonges - Bellegarde is a busy route, so try to stay off the main route as much as possible. Same goes for Saint German de Joux - Bellegarde.
The real reward, however, is the ride from Bellegarde to Col Cuvey and Beretin. Superb Jura routes.
The loop back to Geneva is not included in the description. I recommend taking to Pougny and continue on the French side of the river.
Worthwile ride to beautiful Gorges du Flumens. Also youtube movies on Gorges du Flumens. Very recommendable!
About the route: Follow the D936 (after the border D436) to Lajoux. Just before Lajoux take a left onto D292 to Le Manon and Les Rasses. Finally, right onto D25 to L`Evalide.
Start in Charmilles, ride across to Onex, down to Soral, Athenaz, back to Aire-la-Ville, west to Russin, Dardagny, down to Peissy, over to Satigny, Choully, Bourdigny, and then back!
