This is not a 6am-ers designed ride but rather a Melbourne institution for many racers preparing for major races. You will find a few 6am-ers use this as part of their preparation also.
Rolling turns down to Frankston, then try survive the hills around Canadian Bay Rd & Two Bays Rd before rolling turns all the way back to town if you have the strength.
This route stops at North Rd on the return leg. But the main ride goes through St Kilda to Beaconsfield Parade
