After yesterdays ride this looks like elementary school - however don't be fooled - these hills are where the workout is! There is a solid 630 meters of climbing at a solid 8% to 10% grade incline. Near the end of the ride you can see I did a loop. This is a great 3 minute sprint up 50 meters of climbing. I am considering doing a couple reps next time. I did one today and held about 15 km per hour. We shall see...
