Route Aylesbury Quick Training Route  

20km (13m) loop through Bishopstone, Marsh, Little Meadle and Ford.  Clockwise is mostly downhill with a short but steep climb at the end.  Anti-clockwise is downhill at the start but gently uphill the rest of the way.
