Rastatt North – Karlsruhe (RadNETZ)

Short and smooth RadNETZ link heading from Rastatt North toward Karlsruhe. It’s around 2.3 km with a tiny 7 m of climbing. Mostly on dedicated cycleway, plus a brief path and a short bit of access road. Fully paved asphalt, so it’s comfy on city bikes, kids’ bikes, and trailers.

Use it as a quick connector for errands or to chain into longer rides toward Karlsruhe and the Upper Rhine plain. The profile is basically flat—classic Rhine valley—and the separated lanes keep it low stress.

Great for beginners, families, and everyday rides. If you’ve got time, swing by Rastatt’s baroque palace, or continue into bike-friendly Karlsruhe for parks and cafés.
