Radroute Cowpen to Coublau MTB

MTB ride up Coublau, GrenadaStarting at Cowpen (normally known as a nighttime venue) just to the west of Grenville this route follows old plantation trails initially up to the village of Paraclete. Here the real climbing starts - and it gets very steep! All on tarmac or concrete, but gradient is around 40% in places. I challenge anyone to ride up this route! But at the top - on a clear day - there are magnificent views all the way to neighbouring islands. Descend carefully and take an alternative and partly off road route back to Cowpen. There are many other old plantation trails to explore in this area.
