Starting at the parking behind the King David Hotel, heading towards to Mount Herzl via Jaffa Road along the tram/light rail line, and back via Givat Ram, the Monastery of the Cross, and the old railway track (Park HaMesila), to Yemin Moshe and back to the viewpoint towards the Old City.

Ab der Haltestelle Givat HaMivtar der Stadtbahn, durch das Wadi Tsofim (Scopus) und die Arazim-Täler Parks in Richtung Beit Zayit und weiter nach En Karim. Dann hinauf zur Haltestelle Mount Herzl der Stadtbahn.

An easy downhill ride from Yemin Moshe, overlooking the Old City, to Ein Lavan in the Refaim Valley. The route follows the old railway line (Park HaMesila) from First Station to Malcha. You may want to pack swimming shorts and a towel for a dip in the spring.
