Frankfurt Airport Runway Roundtrip
Cycling route in Dreieich, Hesse, Germany
A medium sized trip from Dreieich going along the Frankfurt airport
runway. The track also goes directly in front of one of the runways
giving you an excellent view of the jets taking of directly over your
head. 95% of this track is gravel and dirt. There is not much along
this route except for woods, so bring water and something to eat. There
is a portion of this track where you need to cross railroad tracks. The
crossing in hard to spot. Another railroad crossing has the barriers
always down you will need to pass as well. There are several wildlife
doors that you need to go through along this route.

Dreieich to Messel Roundtrip
Cycling route in Dreieich, Hesse, Germany
A mountain biking trail which includes dirt, gravel and some paved
portions. A nice hut towards the end of this track where you can bring
a snack or have lunch. Portions of this are hilly. A very short portion
of this track includes a trail that has not been cleared that well and
therefor this track is not suitable for a racing or city bike. Quite
senic along the way with a stand to buy fresh fruits along the way.
