Start der Tour ist in Olang. Dem Antholzer-Bach entlang werden die Beine bis Antholz-Niedertal warmgeradelt. Danach geht es dem Weg Nr.36, 31 entlang nach oben. Zuerst ist der Weg noch geteert, aber bald ändert sich der Belag. Spätestens ab Kilometer 13 ist fertig lustig und je nach Kondition wird das Bike geschoben (schwitzend und/oder fluchend). Bei Abzweiger einfach der Strecke Nr.31 folgen in Richtung Taistner Hinteralm. Oben angekommen mal einfach den höchsten Punkt der Tour geniessen. Danach rauf und runter dem Bergkamm entlang. Ab Brunner Wiesen (Rastmöglichkeit) geht es los und Höhe wird vernichtet. Ab Mudlerhof (Rastmöglichkeit) der Strecke Nr.21 folgen und via Lottosteig runter zum Pustertal nach Olang zurück.
