By bicycle from Bern to Muri bei Bern

This is a super pleasant ride starting in the heart of Bern, Switzerland’s laid-back capital, famous for its charming medieval old town, the Zytglogge clock tower, and gorgeous views of the Aare River. In just about 7 km, you’ll reach Muri bei Bern, a lovely, green suburb with a relaxed vibe and great views of the Bernese Alps on a clear day.

The route is smooth sailing on well-maintained roads with hardly any traffic, so you can really enjoy the scenery and maybe even spot a few cows grazing along the way—classic Swiss countryside!
