Covering just under 5 kilometers, it’s a perfect route for an easy cruise—expect mostly car-free paths and quiet backroads, ideal for soaking in the rural atmosphere.

Most of the route winds along wide, open farmland and over traditional paving stones, giving you a taste of East Frisian cycling charm. With barely any climbs, it’s a breeze for riders of any ability, and the landscape stays delightfully flat—no surprise given you’ll rarely get above 3 meters above sea level!

Upgant-Schott is known for its old churches and windmills, great for a pre-ride wander, while Rechtsupweg makes a peaceful finish, surrounded by typical lowland fields. Don’t forget your camera: the skies are huge, and the views stretch on forever!
