Cycling day trip from Radeberg to Dresden

This ride takes you from the small Saxon town of Radeberg—famous for its Radeberger beer and historic castle—straight into the vibrant heart of Dresden. The journey is about 22.7 km, mostly on chilled-out roads and tracks, with around 120 meters of climbing (don’t worry; you’ll descend twice as much as you climb, so you’re in for a breezy finish).

You’ll leave behind Radeberg’s charming Altstadt and soon roll past fields and villages, with a good mix of asphalt and some stretches of gravel, so a hybrid or gravel bike is a smart choice.
