Cycling day trip from Limburg an der Lahn to Koblenz

This ride takes you from the picturesque town of Limburg an der Lahn—famous for its stunning medieval cathedral and charming old town—through the rolling hills of Rhineland-Palatinate to the historic city of Koblenz, where the Moselle meets the mighty Rhine.

You’ll pedal just over 61 km, so it’s a solid day’s adventure. Expect a fair bit of climbing (over 1,000 meters up and down), but you’re mostly on smooth surfaces, with around 80% paved and plenty of quiet roads and scenic tracks. The landscape is classic German countryside with lush river valleys and the odd sleepy village, making it a real treat for the senses.
