Cycling day trip from Piešťany to Trenčín

This cycling route takes you from the charming spa town of Piešťany all the way north to the historic city of Trenčín. At just under 46 km, it’s a leisurely ride through the scenic Považie region, mostly on smooth asphalt roads with a gentle ascent—so nothing too taxing on the legs!

You’ll roll out from Piešťany, famous for its thermal springs and elegant riverside parks, following mostly quiet access roads and a sprinkle of cycleways. The landscape is dotted with small villages and farmland, offering plenty of countryside vibes. With around 170 meters of elevation gain, expect some gentle hills along the way, but nothing too steep.
