Bikepacking from Rome to Naples

Get ready for an epic ride from Rome to Naples! Starting in the historic heart of Rome—hello, Colosseum and ancient ruins—you’ll head south through the rolling Italian countryside. This route is just over 310 km, with nearly 5,000 meters of climbing, so it’s a serious adventure for road cycling fans. Expect mostly quiet roads, perfect for soaking up the scenery without much traffic. You’ll wind past hilltop villages and olive groves, and maybe catch a glimpse of the sea as you get closer to Naples. The ride finishes in the vibrant city of Naples, famous for its pizza and views of Mount Vesuvius.
