Cycling day trip from Comacchio to Ravenna

This ride takes you from the charming lagoon town of Comacchio to the historic city of Ravenna on an almost perfectly flat route—perfect for a leisurely cycle! Start in Comacchio, known for its scenic canals and famous eel dishes, and pedal south through the tranquil wetlands and open fields of the Po Delta. Don’t worry about steep hills: the entire 71 km route only gains about 35 meters in elevation.

Most of this journey rolls along super quiet country roads and stretches of smooth asphalt, so you can relax and soak up the scenery, though keep in mind that some surfaces aren't fully paved (a bit of adventure never hurts!). Expect plenty of peace and quiet among the reeds and marshes.
