Cycling day trip from Voluntari to Sector 6

This cycling route takes you from Voluntari, a vibrant suburb just outside Bucharest known for its leafy streets and fast-growing neighborhoods, all the way into the heart of Sector 6 on the city’s west side. Expect a pretty leisurely ride: about 33 km with only mild ascents and good paved surfaces for the most part—nearly 90% of the time you’ll cruise along smooth roads or asphalt.
