By bicycle from Aroneanu to Iași

This scenic ride takes you from the peaceful village of Aroneanu down to the lively city of Iași, spanning just under 8 km. You’ll start surrounded by the quiet charm of Aroneanu—known for its lovely lake and relaxed countryside vibes—before heading south toward the city.

The road is a real mix: expect stretches of smooth asphalt interrupted by some unpaved sections, so a hybrid or gravel bike will feel right at home. Most of the route is on quiet roads and tracks, keeping the ride fairly relaxed and traffic at bay, though you’ll encounter a few busier sections as you approach Iași.

There’s a little climbing to get your legs working (with a total ascent of around 155 meters), but you'll enjoy more downhill than up.
