Tagesroute durch die Obergrafschaft/ Twente

The tour starts at the Schüttorf train station and leads through Bad Bentheim to the Gildehauser Venn. Continuing through 'smuggler paths', it goes into neighboring Twente towards Nordhorn. Passing the zoo, the route leads back to Schüttorf via Brandlecht. Apart from a few road crossings, there are hardly any elevations. The route only follows side roads and is well-suited for ATB/MTB and other everyday bikes (not suitable for racing bikes). Scenically, I find the route very appealing in many parts. For the most part, the route follows the 'Grafschafter Fietsentour'.
