Really nice most of the way. The path from just after Fiuggi until near Paliano is one of the best in Italy. The section after this bit until Cruci is very bad. Big potholes on gravel and if it has rained all the holes will be filled with water. Then a second section of track after a bit of road is a mountain bike section. Partly unridable and defo not with road bike tyres. Be careful!
Also watch out for wild dogs.
