About This Route

It is 120 km trip. This rout is quite demanding with one climbing hill up to 200 meters close Grøtfjord. However, is one of the most spectacular rout with amazing views all along the way. Road follows the sea shore and pass the highest picks on Kvaløya (Store Blåmann 1044 moh), sandy beaches and steep cliffs and fjords. If you are lucky you may cross the path with reindeers or muse. It is possible to transport bike to Eidkjosen by bus 42 to shorter the distance for 24 km. You need to go back the same way.
