nyc to captain lawrence brewery in elmsford. it's flat, with a very slight, not so noticible incline going north.

note: the route through the bronx is on street, and the routue through elmsford is on street through 9A highway, both dangerous.  I am looking for another safer route through the bronx to get to van cortlandt park.

When I came back this way, beware on weekends, Dyckman street is very crowded and packed with cars trying to get to the waterfront where a popular restaurant is located. i witnessed somebody get doored here, tacoed bike, it was really bad, be careful.

There's a hotel here along the side of the trailway. Exit here through gate into the parking lot to get to yonkers avenue, and Old Croton Aqueduct trail.
