Jour 8 - Cova da Gala / Praia da Vieira

I should have checked the weather. After that, I became a big weather geek. I consulted it several times a day. At first, the weather was simply gray. Then there was a light drizzle. A light rain. A breeze. A heavy downpour. Wind. Torrential rain. Gusts.

I stopped as soon as I found a campsite. The ground is sand. I will discover the next day that the tent site serves as a litter box for cats. It finally stopped raining around 5 PM. Nothing was dry. I hung my towel out to dry overnight. A downpour at 7 AM will soak it again for the next day.
