Der Start ist in Koldenbüttel (Bahnstation Friedrichstadt), Ziel ist in Tönning (NOB nach Husum). Vorgeschlagene reihenfolge: Koldenbüttel - Witzwort - Uelvesbüll - Oldenswort - Tetenbüll- Katharinenheerd - Garding - Poppenbüll - Osterhever - Westerhever - Tating - Ording - St.Peter-Dorf - Vollerwiek - Welt - Kating - Kotzenbüll - Tönning. Auf Grund der Länge und der vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten empfiehlt es sich die Strecke in mindestens 2 Etappen zu machen.
