Verkehr, mal ruhig mal stark , dafür sehr flach.

Ab dem Nutscheid geht es bergab nach Schladern, dann durch das Siegtal über Eitorf nach Hennef.

Ab Hennef durch das Bröltal bis Bröleck, ab da durch das "kleine Bröltal".

Oberhalb von Homburg-Bröl liegt das Schloß Homburg, sicherlich einen Abstecher wert,beinhaltet aber eine kleine Bergetappe.

 

Gut für das Grundausdauertraining.
