Sherwood Park to Camrose Century

Sept 2020 - this is an awesome route for a perfect 100km ride. Start at Safeway Wye Road in Sherwood Park, then travel along range roads to Cooking Lake. One short juant on Highway 14 (nice wide shoulder) then you are back on scenic range roads toward Miquelon Lake. Final leg into Camrose after 617 is slightly busier with a medium size shoulder, however feels safe. 

All roads are paved and in good to excellent condition. Mild rolling hills on occasion, not much ascent. Ideal to go from SP to Camrose as winds are typically in your favour. 

We did this on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised at the low traffic. Highly recommend!
