I flew to Bilbao in northern Spain. At midnight I dipped my feet in the Atlantic, then the next morning biked east all the way to Barcelona. I did this in a week, and so can you!
The ride from Coll de Nargó to Sant Llorenç de Morunys was very tough, but also a miracle of road engineering I will never forget.
I ended up going on some very narrow roads, but the scenery was gorgeous.
Then, on a tired afternoon I came over a crest and could see Barcelona by the Mediterranean. I dipped my feet in the ocean and was happy!
