Stations-Tour 2021

We start at 12:00 at 'Weißen Häusla' (Marthweg) and follow the Ludwig-Donau-Main Canal southeast until just before Wendelstein. At the forest playground, we leave the 'Alten Kanal' and ride on beautiful forest and meadow paths through Sorg to Leerstetten. Then we continue through Harm to the 'Neuen Kanal'. We follow this until just after the Leerstetten lock and then turn back into the forest. Passing by Treffersäge toward Schleifweiher in Roth. Depending on the situation, we can take a short break there and freshen up a bit by the water. Afterwards, we turn into the Brunnbach Valley, briefly 'glancing' at the town of Roth and cycling down to Pfaffenhofen. There we cross the Rednitz. In Büchenbach, we make a stop at the beer garden of the inn 'Zum Hirschen - Beim Schweikert' to refresh ourselves with drinks and/or coffee and pastries. (It will still be clarified if this is also covered by the gourmet voucher). So far, it is 23.6 km.

Anyone who wants can roll down the hill to the S-Bahn from here and, in a few minutes, be driven back to Nuremberg in a red stretch limousine.

The others ride north until just before Untermainbach and then turn down to Rednitz-Grund to refresh themselves once more at the Kneipp facility. Passing by part of the Sculpture Path of Rednitzhembach, we cross the Rednitz again and ride up to the RMD Canal. We now follow this until the Eibach lock. At 'Bänggla', we might have a little time to reflect, and we have almost reached our final destination there.

At 18:00, we meet together with the yet-to-be-defined hiking group at the inn 'Beim Königshof' and end the day comfortably at the clinic's expense.
