Brockville: Brock Trail (8km)

9 km Distance
30 m Ascent
0 m Descent

(1 rating)

The Brock Trail is a multi-use asphalt path starting at the Brockville Railway Tunnel and running along parts of the waterfront and then following Buell Creek to the north end of the city.  Crossing Centennial Road to the trailhead for the Mac Johnson Wildlife Area, one can continue by hiking or biking.

Note: The Brock Trail is paved and suitable for recreational bikes and families.  Much of the waterfront segment of the Trail is too narrow, with tight blind corners, for cycling.  Walk your bike, or use Water Street.

Note: The Mac Johnson trails are dirt with roots and rocks in some places, requiring a mountain bike.  These trails are single-track and when busy with hikers, best left to the enjoyment of the hikers.

Note: Click on "More" and select the "Panoramio Photos" option to show the photos layer for pictures of scenic spots along the route.
